Description:
Super rare and collectable 2010 Eric Clapton "Beano" Les Paul! This is a recreation of the guitar famously used by Eric on the album affectionately know as "Beano" with John Mayall & The Blues Breakers. This is the VOS version and is in excellent condition having been tucked away in a collection. As a '60 it has a slimmer neck and was the first model to use the current Custombucker pickups. They were actually designed for this model and were so well received that a couple of years later, Gibson used them in most of the high end Les Pauls. It's a resonant LP that plays beautifully and has a nice woody balanced vintage tone. One of the most collectable and sought after of the signature Les Pauls. All the case candy is there including certificate, strap and CD. These rarely come up for sale..
