Description:
"The Custom 24 is the quintessential PRS guitar, the iconic instrument that started it all back in 1985. The Custom 24 keeps all of the same foundational specifications as the original Custom – maple top, mahogany back and neck, 24 frets, 25” scale length, the PRS patented Gen III tremolo, and dual PRS humbuckers. The Custom 24 allows for fast effortless playing all over the neck and exceptional tone options. The Custom 24 is the original PRS; since its introduction, it has offered a unique tonal option for serious players and defined PRS tone and playability. In 2003/04, PRS did a limited release of 500 guitars with Brazilian fingerboards, this particular specimen being #436. Each model came with a numbered and signed backplate from Paul Reed Smith himself, which is included in the sale."
