This Masterbuilt by Jason Smith is exceptional in every respect! Most obvious, of course, is the finish - a gauzy eggshell blue called "Robin's Egg" through which you can still see the complete grain of the Roasted Ash body. Combined with the Anodized Silver pickguard and the subtle Journeyman aging, the result is a killer look, as you can easily see in the photos. And what it promises visually, it delivers exactly as a player. The hardtail construction provides extra sustain and attack, and the quartersawn maple neck with its grippy 10/56 V-profile delivers enough mass to make the guitar a real tone monster. Josefina Handwound Poblano singlecoils ensure that these qualities sound exactly the same through the speaker. Absolute killer tone to the certain tele-portion that you can only get from a hardtail Strat! The 6105 frets and the 9.5" neck radius also ensure flawless playability.
